When I VoiceQ in`Live Feed' with NTSC video on my MacBook Pro Core Duo 2, I get flickering on-screen. What should I do?

It has come to our attention that there have been some problems with trying to display on a secondary monitor through the DVI port on the latest generation MacBook Pro Core Duo2.

The problem is noticeable when trying to use the MacBook Pro CD2 when using Live Feed mode with VoiceQ or when using NTSC pictures. If you are experiencing these issues when working with VoiceQ we recommend that you contact your local Apple dealer as it’s a Hardware fault and replacement of the Logic Board resolves this issue. All other Mac Intel machines work correctly.
