Ability to lock (and unlock) the position and size of words in the timeline.
It would be great if I could option+click on a word within a line of dialogue in the timeline and get a pop-up with the option to lock that word's position and/or size, so that it stays fixed when I make alterations to the line in the script. This would be very helpful in dubbing adaptation when experimenting with different wording to find a good match and fit. I am aware of the option in VQ global settings to use minimal timing changes, but it would be even better to be able to refine that by selected words.

Custom F keys.
It would nice to be able to turn on/off the shortcuts in Voice Q Like the F7 key which I use in Protools a lot. It always activate the streamer if I don't switch back.

Workflow Improvements:
Unfortunately I'm not using the latest version of VoiceQ yet so some of these suggestions might not be applicable but, if not all, most will be.
Shortcuts/Workflow Suggestions For VoiceQ:
- [ ] Duplicate/Clone Lines in timeline/script (!)
- [ ] Allow arrow keys to move cursor word-for-word in “Split Line” pop-up box
- [ ] Increase scale for custom “Quick Zoom” buttons

- [ ] Colour different script lines (clips/blocks) in timeline (OR give them an icon like different colour stars) - so that I can see which lines might be extra and come back to them later. It’s not efficient…2 votes -
Translation Memory for VoiceQ projects
A system that allows for the storage and access of TMX (Translation Memory eXchage - specs https://www.gala-global.org/tmx-14b ) -- as used in CAT tools like MemoQ, Trados, or in APIs like Google's Translation Hub. So that the Machine Translation will do a second pass using matches from a selected Translation Memory, and will update the selected Translation Memory after the adaptation is completed, making those translations available in the TM for any future translations/adaptations.

Assign keyboard shortcut to different characters
It would expedite workflow if after importing script and character names, I could assign a keyboard shortcut to specific characters; for example number keys from 0 to 9, so that when I press that key on a selected line of dialog, it assigns it to the character linked to that quick key.
